  5. 'umslib90' is the first release of UMS V9.
  6.  
  7. This  archive  may  be freely copied and distributed, as long as it is
  8. left  unchanged  and not used for commercial purpose.  Usage of others
  9. packers  is  allowed,  but  the single files may not be changed and no
  10. files  may  be  added  or  removed  from  the archive.  If you want to
  11. distribute  UMS  together  with  commercial or shareware software, you
  12. need a permission from one of the authors (see below) first.

  15. Since  there  is  no newsreader and no exporter, this archive is still
  16. USELESS to USERS!!!

  18. It is only meant to allow programmers that want to write programs for
  19. UMS to have a first look at it.
